But this isn't competition. Competition means that everything is for sale everywhere with no strings attached. I mean, sure, whatever online storefront you buy the game from will use it's own form of DRM. So Steam requires Steam, Origin requires Origin, etc. That's fine. But competition means every EA game is

Because you have the flip side in that multiple smaller programs hinders the user experience, not to mention we have had steam for how long and competition is still healthy, there are plenty of sites that offer keys for steam lower then steam (greenmangaming for example). As long as steam remains as a market then its

if i paid for it YES THE FUCK I AM. But since nobody knows yet we'll just wait it out.

It took you out of your comfort zone. I understand, because I experienced the same thing the first time I played it. Nine years old and being shown by the game that I could not go about playing this game in the same way I had played the others confused and irritated me. But it was worth it to go back and see that this

Strangely enough, the closet I've ever felt to this feel again was in Dark Souls, where you feel that this world is just on the verge of extinction, the citizens are melancholy yet seek purpose and meaning in their dwindling existence, and even the world often is surreal and bizarre and dreamlike...

If you look at each Zelda story sequentially, they have, for the most part, grown more intricate:
Link to the Past was the beginning of deeper story conventions, even if it did play it safe with some elements.
Link's Awakening is an outlier. With it's bizarre cast of characters and outlandish story in general, it was

Wind Waker was the same way, but damn when it was re-released, it was amazing. If you've played it, you know it's pretty great. If you've never played it, it's probably the best game that will come out next year.

I'm glad this game is so loved now. When it came out it was panned by most people it seemed. It really was a unique entry in the series.

Jetpacks dramatically change movement, and thus the entirety of gameplay. With FPS games it's all about movement and level design. And people seem to be having fun with it.

If nobody wants to talk about what you're talking about, have you considered that it's more about you than everyone else? Perhaps it had less to do with the content and more to do with how you're presenting it?

http://tay.kotaku.com/, really not hard to get to. And if you can't find anything you want to comment on, just post a new discussion yourself.

We didn't attend a review event. Mike played the game on his home console and has played online with regular folks.

You are basically the same as CoD though, same old shit.

Team Fortress 2 is the perfect example of what a freemium game should be, if it's not TF2 quality, forget about it.

Just like that, Wii Us were purchased.

Personally, while I don't think our system at Kotaku is perfect, we do appreciate our lively, clever commenters here

Without the commentary, I probably wouldnt read Kotaku as much as I do.

TLOU never claimed to be a new experience, just higher res textures and was meant for those who didn't play on PS3. If you still have GTA on your old gen console, stick with that then, I sold my PS3, so I will be buying it again.
