No, I don't expect I'd be able to change your opinion. It's just that I saw your posts, and a feeling started building up inside of me as, as is often the case when I'm confronted with poorly concieved ideas. The only way I know of to relieve myself of this feeling is to try to bring reason into this poor person's

Well if these hypothetical people are so stupid, how can you fault the game?

I don't use a wallet. And I don't have any keys. But I do have a phone, it's usually in one my pockets. But never my back pockets. What a joke those things are.

Yeah, I was mostly pondering the question of whether or not they deserved our empathy. I didn't phrase my post well. I know that as humans (none-psychopathic humans) we are capable of feeling empathy for them. But it seemed as though PillBinge was saying that every human deserved our empathy (pedophiles, child

I should have phrased my post better. I was talking about what people ought to do, rather than what is possible. I do not think people ought to sympathise with psychopaths, as I don't think they necessarily deserve our sympathy. Obviously we have the capacity to feel empathy for them.

I agree with everything you have said so far, except for your statement that every human should be able to be connected with on an empathetic level. As a case in point, psychopaths don't feel empathy, so why would we feel empathy towards them? In fact, the one of the main reasons why psychopaths are as effective as

Yeah, for some reason I think that's unlikely, but it would be cool. Though perhaps if the game is moddable it could be added by the community?

Yeah, I was happy to hear that they had some directionally sensative actions. I personally think it would be even more fun if blocking was directionally senstive as well, since it requires the player to be fully alert the entire time they engage in combat, but as I said before that may be more challenge than most of

You're kind of stupid. Everyone knows about neverending games. Countless numbers of Flash games have been made with that same theme. He's not deceiving anyone.

Looks awesome! Though I'm a little dissapointed that they didn't implement Mount & Blade's style of blocking, where you actually have to match the direction your blocking in with the direction your opponent is attacking in. But I'll admit that may be a little too hardcore for everyone.

Probably an eternity, considering he didn't actually copy anything.

Is the game really that bad? It's simple and it has a single game mechanic. How does that make it worthy of everyone's hate?

Thank you, I'm happy I'm not the only person who was bothered but this articles inapropriate usage of the English language...

Well the moon is a location. But it's not in the world... so yeah, sounds about right.

It won't work because it's not perfect... right. Good reasoning. Clearly games that provide even less immersion have the edge here.

Oh, I'm certainly aware of the degree to which Wikipedia should be trusted. And generally speaking, it's credibility should be placed above statements made by random commentors on blogs. And I mean no disrespect by that, but I don't know who you are or what your background is. I don't know if your opinions have been

Care to elaborate?

What does it even mean to say "there is only one race"? Race is a word with a meaning, and based on it's meaning, there are variety of different races. How is it productive to deny the objective existence of different races? That's about as useful as saying "there's only one species".

No, but if they did would it really be that offensive? Seriously, it's like we can't even acknowledge the fact that races look different from one another any more.

Lots of people claim that VR is a fad, but I haven't ever seen a justification for that statement. Would you care to share yours?
