Yep. I love and plan to forever keep my 2010 E90 328i manual without a sunroof. My other dream car is a 987.2 Cayman that, you guessed it, is naturally aspirated with hydraulic steering.

Ok I’ll ask... what’s “Kick-a-boo Joy Juice”?

So is there anyone out there restoring ordinary 90s cars for future shows? Are there going to be any crappy Pontiac Grand-Ams or Ford Contours left in a few years?

This is the correct answer. Local CL search for manual <5k and pick your favorite. Better yet, pick a few a test drive them all on the same day. By the end of the day you’ll already know how to drive stick.

Now we’ll have to distinguish between locally piloted vehicles (level 0-2) and drones (3+). It’s happening all over again. Time is a flat circle.

Yeah exactly. The mirrors definitely non-m, then I also remembered the M3 was coupe only that generation.

Looks like an E46 non-m manual... maybe?

Did you write this whole article just to call me an irrational, poorly-adjusted human being? Because I definitely think this is cool.

It’s probably still meant for on-road, just poorly maintained 3rd world country roads.

Marketing: “We want to use SURUS for the name. Can you come up with words for each letter?”

Engineering: “We have a lot better things to do, you know. Fine. How about Silent Utility Rover Universal Substructure.”

Marketing: “Close, but SUBstructure makes it sound so below the competition. We’ll use SUPERstructure

Used BRZ/FRS. CPO or CarMax or any other used car warranty

OMG yes! I want this!

The last article mentioned the first episode will be available on the app WITHOUT a subscription, but not sure if that’s still the case.

Never played OG Gran Turismo, but I remember Street Rod 2 on DOS. You started with a garage, $750, and the newspaper classified ads. It was great. There were cheap and expensive versions of the same car. The cheap one had parts that were more worn out. Parts would occasionally break mid race and you would have to fix

It’s only cool if we can drive it while it’s still a beater... otherwise it’s just Forza Horizon’s barn finds. I do wish games would have “used” cars instead of me being able to buy 100 brand new Daytona Coupes from the showroom floor. I want dents and rust and duct tape and zip ties!

Yeah that is more than I expected. I sat in one at an autoshow and thought it was pretty cool. All the bright orange wiring in the engine bay looked awesome even if it was for safety, not aesthetics.

I think you misunderstood. GM plans to have sold 20 Bolts by 2023. Bold prediction, let’s see how that works out for them.

I’ll add circular and rectangular HVAC vents on the same car. See that Chevy interior pic above. Fiestas also do this. Pick one or the other. Either all circular or all rectangular.

Even this “unmolested” “clean” “stock” 240SX has aftermarket wheels. A truly stock 240SX is an impossibility. It would cause a rift in the space-time continuum that destroys the universe.
