You’re still missing something. No one has said that the car doesn’t need grilles or airflow through radiators... The untouched photo of the GT350 shows a large amount of black cross-hatched plastic. Some areas of the plastic have holes allowing airflow to pass through. Other areas are blocked off and allow NO

“It needs all that grill to keep things cool”... No it doesn’t. I don’t think you understand. The “removed” parts of the grill were fake anyway. What’s left is what it currently uses. Radiators don’t need that much airflow and intakes even less. Horsepower has little impact.

If I wanted a better view out my back window, I would’ve bought more land. I think the property value/eyesore arguments are terrible (I’m a home owner for the record). The township even called out “weeds” as a reason. Weeds! God forbid the growth of weeds in a field!

The only argument I agree with is environmental

How do these hold up in a hailstorm?

Buy a utility trailer and a tow kit for the Edge. Then search craigslist for non-flooded $5k cars and pick whatever the hell you want. Edge can handle a 1000lb boat and trailer can hold sheetrock/any other home depot runs. This saves plenty of money for upcoming baby, and once you’re rebuilt and settled in with the

Mk1 Escort in blue with round headlights, no bumpers, and speed holes. Aluminum 1.6 duratec swap, manual transmission, disc brakes, hydraulic handbrake (bc why not) on rally tires with full interior and no cage. Rallycross it for fun.

Would’ve been better if he skipped 9.

“Starting over” may not be the best term, but I agree with the idea. Downsizing may be more appropriate. Stop expecting to be a large bustling city. Aim for small-medium size city. Maybe like an Indianapolis or Cincinnati. As far as major sports, Detroit should have at most 3, more like 2. Bulldoze the blight and just

Stop bashing the styling as “generic”! I’d much rather have simple styling than the atrocities that Toyota has been throwing out lately. Bring back simple smooth curves!

I wish every single car ever made had that exact gauge cluster. Simple, straightforward, perfect.

They’re out there. I saw maybe 3 that checked all of those boxes over the course of a couple months looking for a manual E90. Ads usually only stay up for about 48hrs, if that. E90post forum usually has a group of ppl ready to jump on one at all times, but someone will occasionally sell one there too.
If you add a

Cup holders and vent tabs suck. If you value those things, I suggest you look elsewhere.

N52 is reliable

Great idea, but hard to find. There’s probably a few nationwide and maybe one RWD. Worth it to travel for in my opinion, but most people don’t want to travel to buy a car.

Your main point is price, but you don’t list the price of its competitors?

I’m a millennial and I know what overdrive is. I’ll take the left nut via FedEx. Wife has mine locked up somewhere.

Anyone else see that interior picture with the “Z” in the pass through to the door vent? Neat.

Well said.

Probably use your phone. Amazon app could show a code that a scanner reads.
