I dunno, this movie is 96 minutes long, all the reviews say it has a decent number of laughs in it...if SNL makes me really laugh three or four times in an episode, it was a good episode, so I’ll probably see this.  It doesn’t have a lot of competition for comedies worth seeing right now, in film anyway (can’t wait…

I’m a huge VanderMeer fan, so I tend to go into movie versions of books I like with muted expectations. But I’m also a big Garland fan, so there was some conflict there! Anyway, I loved the movie as its own Garland standalone thing, but my brain reading the books created way more terrifying images of Area X than what…

To this day, it amazes me that Colleen Haskell from Survivor  was the romantic lead in that movie.

The most talented thing to ever come from Rob Schneider is Elle King. And while she’s not Taylor Swift, I have enjoyed the songs I’ve heard.

The podcast is not the same without Michael. I miss him.

The amount of times Nicole was failed by the authorities and by the people she was surrounded with even in her early attempts to leave OJ adds a lot of context. They spend a lot less time pointing the finger at OJ, and more on all the systemic ways women…

Then don’t listen to it. No one is forcing you to. That said, it is one of the most excellent podcasts out there.

I just the other night watched ‘Under the Skin’, which has Pearson in a small but effective role. Glad he’s getting more work.
