Yeah, read the article, expected Set MacFarlane to pull a Peter, instead he talks pretty normal throughout the whole interview.
Feels whoever wrote that paragraph is trying to be a sensationalist blogger at their worst.

Came to comments for the same question. Author seems to have a bone to pick with the guy. Comparing the last 3 paragraphs to the actual video is jarring.
Stop. Supporting. Overwatch.
So what I am guessing is that they couldn’t make fat peter work on the character rig without engine changes and thats expensive to do so they would either have to rig up a new character rig that could potentially have a different hitbox/physics or make something that works within that character rig instead.
What a weird article. Fortnite has updates as well, sometimes pretty big ones. You’re just playing it often enough that it stays updated.
Right? It’s almost as though no one has ever explained background processes.
Ah so while Fortnite is nearly instant to play unless it has patches, other games sometimes have patches to download that stop you from getting to them instantly.
Her slightly larger bulk is from a lack of cutting for appearance.
As long as we’re all acknowledging she’s a totally made up video game character with a body that ain’t naturally occurring in 99.99% of females of the species including ones that train for decades to be athletes, no I’m not implying anything of the sort.
5 years of training can’t do anything to make your collarbones big enough to mount a truck frame on.
LOL
LOL right -- sure.
The question is, how buff is Dever gonna get for this role? Abby is a hulking powerhouse of a woman and if shooting is set to start on February 12, she better get started lifting.
websites reporting on this is sure to lower her profile..
You’re right that AI doesn’t quite learn the same way as a human but still way off in your understanding.
Good luck. I feel like silly lawsuits like these are still just being fuelled by a weak understanding of how AI art generation works and the misconception that it’s just copy/pasting elements from the works its referencing.
It doesn’t negate copyright protection for artists nor infringe on any existing copyright protections. You’d have to significantly increase intellectual property rights to make this infringing on existing rights.
In the same way that every work a human artist has ever seen is mathematically present in some form in the final product of any art they make.
the problem is that using copyrighted work as reference to develop new products and software is totally fine so long as the copyrighted work is no longer present in the released product. I don’t know the ins and outs of this ai image generator but most likely it breaks down the image composition into an instruction…
Considering how much of this trailer was just recreating shit from twitter/worldstar, I hope these are just trailer moments and not a significant example of moments in 6. I’d like for it to stand on it’s own merits, rather than copying dumb shit from the real world.
