“Here’s a review for another game in a series that I’ve already decided I hate, yet for some reason I’m still the one reviewing it...”

Nope, my bet is they’ll have to go in cold. Which will just make it all the more interesting.

On the plus side, at least now Billy Mitchell can give up on trying to forge additional arcade game records, in order to dedicate more time to his true passion: yelling angrily at any cartoon characters that look like him.

“Authorities are now investigating the matter further to see if there was anything taken or not.”

I love that none of the comments on this post highlighting the risk in using this charger with your Switch (which could result in your system being bricked) have been moved out of the grays so that people can more easily read them.

Wow, this one looks fun. I always have to try out a game if it has an anthropomorphic cast since you don’t see those as often nowadays. Armello immediately comes to mind as a recent one that was extremely fun and really benefited from the animal designs.

I still love VGCats, but I can’t say I’m a fan of how Scott is drawing his characters now... I miss how cute they used to look. I think his increasingly sporadic updates have had an impact on his style.

Zelda taught us years ago never to turn our backs on the deceptively harmless farmyard poultry.

As someone who lives with Crohn’s and terribly misses no longer being able to eat actual buttered popcorn (especially at the movies), I can say with all honesty that the buttered popcorn Jelly Belly’s are an absolute godsend.

Mike Aruba!

Can’t wait to hear Square-Enix correlate the lack of sales or positive reviews of this release as “continued lack of public interest in the franchise” and justify them as reasons not to pursue development of a third Chrono title.

So, what you’re saying is... People can’t have opinions that differ from published reviews, and if they do, they’re being “unfair” to the game?

Another sequel? Try a TRUE sequel. Cross was nothing but a bloated side quest with pointless characters, a convoluted plot (not to mention a “Chrono” game with no required time travel), all to tie up a single loose end from Trigger’s storyline — i.e. what happened to Schala after sealing the portal behind you.

So this is less “Metroid Prime Trilogy” and more “Splatoon 2,” in that it’s an aim assist more than a primary control method?

I dunno. A Zero Suit Samus skin or even Bayonetta (who is pretty much a Nintendo-branded character now) would have been a better choice. Peach’s personality would be a better fit for a Tracer skin.

Interesting that they’re not doing a Super Metroid run this year. Maybe the fiasco from last time made them decide not to include it, even though it’s a GDQ tradition. No more “Save/Kill the Animals” donations this time through.

Damn, I miss Gene Wilder so freaking much.

Boundary Break is one of the best new gaming series on YouTube. It reminds me how much I miss the old GameTrailers series “Pop Fiction,” too, if anyone remembers that one.

This honestly is one of my biggest concerns about Metroid Prime 4 (aside from the shift in developer). The accuracy you get with first-person movement/aiming using a Wiimote is just unmatched, and even with the advanced motion and rumble tech inside the Joycons, something tells me they will be cutting corners to make

Stay in the middle of the field and resist the temptation to “spike” to generate coins, even during the first slower serves. Watch the direction of the ball and anticipate its landing point, then throw your hat to intercept. ONLY do that, and resist any movement at all unless the ball is heading to one of the extreme
