Wow, you really have nothing better to play than Destiny for over 400 hours? That says more about your gaming habits than the value of the game itself. I couldn’t stomach more than 40 hours of grinding the same missions over and over.

Yeah, try $7. That’s how much my copy went for this afternoon.

Hello there. Here’s a thought: some of us have severely limited funds and prefer to invest in games that we know we’ll be able to play for a good, long time. My investment in Destiny (like the vast majority of games I buy) was under the impression that I would be able to keep putting in the disc and playing the game

I’m not belittling yours or anyone else’s choice to purchase the latest DLC with their own money. I am bemoaning the fact that my own decision to hold off on purchasing said DLC due to a current lack of extra spending money has resulted in my copy of the game — which, for the past year, included 100% of all available

Releasing DLC that expands on the original game and provides a wealth of new content = Perfectly fine.

I traded in my copy today after finding out that I now owned a retail disc copy of a playable demo. Having the vast majority of content locked behind a $40 paywall on a game I already paid $100 for ($60 at release, plus both DLC) really made me completely lose all interest in this game.

All I want to know is whether the Talents/Skills system has made a triumphant return in this entry or not. That always has been my favorite aspect of the Star Ocean games, and I hated 3 for how they gutted it after implementing it to near-perfection in 2.

Yeah, you have a crazy amount of space available for your character’s name in Morrowind, so I named my guy “I have a monstrous ding dong” just to see what kind of conversational shenanigans would come about.

Classic. Reminds me of when I used to have fun with Morrowind’s 50+ character name entry field.

Okay yeah, yours was pretty brutal, but I TRIUMPHED! I am part of the 1% successful runners. Alriiiiight.

You need to go back to the Y2K-era Internet days if you’re still hung up on furries. Get with the times, man.

I would try to talk some sense into Jason, but I just preordered this intoxicatingly beautiful golden handheld myself, despite already owning the Monster Hunter 4 New 3DS, soooooo..... yeeaaaahhhhh....

This guy does realize there are other games available to play right now, right? I mean can he only afford one game a year? For crying out loud, move on already.

Man, Xenogears was such a good book.

The more I hear about this whole mess, the more I start to wonder if Capcom was really the one holding MegaMan back.

Crono, Marle, Lucca.

I haven’t played WoW since about 2008 or so, and after having one max-level character and several hi-level alts, I thought I’d still be able to recognize at least a good majority of the areas in these videos.

I get more of an Earthworm Jim vibe from it, particularly in the self-referential humor area. But yeah, still mid-90’s WB stuff.

This is awesome. One of Jim Cummings’ uncredited roles, and so sad it didn’t get used. It’s so crazy how you can hear him summon Pete, Professor Nimnul (0:11), and even a bit of Darkwing Duck (0:40) throughout the opening song.

“In my mind he will just be some corporate guy trying to make money from cheaply made games.”
