PC “Master Race.”
PC “Master Race.”
After dwelling on this for a few days, honestly.... I’m ok with it.
Dammit, Kotaku! Running a Chrono Trigger article during E3 that ISN’T a new game?? Are you trying to kill me??? My heart almost stopped when I saw those words in the headline feed.
I’ve seen it with more obscure releases, where there’s no guarantee a store will get more than one or two available copies at launch. Particularly with JRPG’s of the niche variety. I’ve had it happen where I wound up having to go on Amazon to track down the game because it just was nowhere to be found in any physical…
Or, rather than telling people to stop preordering, you could tell them to do it for the right reason.
I’m inclined to agree. I think most gamers will be swayed by the difference. There’s no bouncing around the issue here; a decision to remove the jiggle would be a bust.
How about Tifa’s hilarious boob ledge grab?
I just... I don’t even know anymore.
Microsoft can keep backwards compatibility. It’s two years too late at this point. I’d much rather have remastered releases like the Uncharted Drake’s Collection and FF7 than have (a limited catalog of) old games taking up hard drive space.
At this point Nintendo will have to drop a new Metroid or F-Zero to be able to top Sony. Yesterday was absolutely surreal.
On the plus side, now is a GREAT time to play some Splatoon!
An online shooter game that by design discourages “deathmatch” mentality. A steady stream of new updates and content, maps, weapons and clothing, all for free. Planned community events revolving around a real-time central server clock. Integrated Miiverse graffiti that already has spawned its own culture.
Upon the start of battle, HeMan shall unleash HIS MIGHTY BATTLE CRY!!!

I’ve been getting into the LEGO Architecture line recently. When I went to pick up the White House (a very fun build, btw), I remember seeing this entire Elves line in the opposite aisle, and I had the exact same reaction as you.
I’m hoping for news on the new Star Ocean entry. I know for sure it won’t see a 2015 release (and 2016 if we’re lucky), but just knowing it’s in development is enough to get me hyped.
I’d rather see a Flappy Bird movie directed by Michael Bay.
I’ve always liked to think that this guy is just a manufactured villain, akin to Andy Kaufman’s Tony Clifton. Somewhere there is a German comedian/amateur filmmaker who is laughing it up with his drinking buddies at all the people who hate “Good ol’ Uwe” on the internet.
Am I crazy for actually wanting to see a digital recreation of this in Pinball Arcade? I wonder if we can petition FarSight Studios to make it happen, hehe.
I went with a different Nicktoon.
