Rumors? "Not verified"? Everything that's been said has come directly from Microsoft. There's nothing rumored about it. Microsoft has said that they "haven't revealed everything yet," but what they HAVE revealed is more than a deal-breaker.

My biggest issue is the fact that I'll be unable to let my brother borrow a game, which is something that fundamentally you should be allowed to do with items you've purchased.

And I legitimately hope you enjoy it. On the bright side, chances are you won't have a hard time finding one in stores once it's released.

If I remember right, the dude who does the microwaved electronics stuff does that with almost everything that comes out. He considers it "artistic expression" and pitches each auction as if it's for a piece of modern Dada-esque sculpture.

Not even a new Conker or Blast Corps would make me support an XBox One as it stands now. They'll have to completely change their plan for how the system functions down to its core, and I highly doubt they'll have that done in time for E3.

I saw it.

If this gets announced for the US after I've already picked up my Animal Crossing 3DS XL system, I'm gonna slap myself silly. That gold-emblem black XL looks freakin' nice.

You had the option to use a physical link to speed up the process in the original releases. You could also just use a password, but it was a really long and tedious process.

They added a function to let you take one of your photos and send it to a friend using the Wii's online connection. It wasn't a very big addition (not sure how many people actually used it), but it showed that they CAN add new online modes/features to Virtual Console games.

You were able to take a snapshot once a day and post it to the Wii's Message Board or send it to a friend on your list for bragging rights, all from in-game.

True! Or they could just use the motion controls built-in to the 3DS to make it where you have to actually aim the system to aim the gun and catch the Ducks in your sights. The lower screen shows the entire playfield as normal, while the upper screen is a zoomed-in crosshair for you to aim your shot.

The only time I can remember them doing any sort of enhancement was on the release of Pokemon Snap on the Virtual Console. Beyond that nothing else immediately comes to mind, but it does set a precedent that they CAN change the game if they need to.

Have they confirmed any enhancements for the connectivity between the games on 3DS? Or do we have to use the aggravating passwords?

"Well there's your problem, Colonel. Someone set the choppers' onboard autopilot to Drunken Cicada!"

Still trapped in 2006, are we?

And in perfect symbolism for what should be punishment for rapists, the player thus loses his balls.

So going by bit level, the XBox was half the power of a Nintendo 64??

Wait... what? The original Playstation was 32-bit. The original XBox was in league with the PS2 and Gamecube, which I believe was called 128-bit but I don't remember if they'd stopped counting by that point.

Really, at this point Microsoft has handed Sony a big red "WIN" button. The only Sony has to do to push it is reveal the PS4 to be DRM-free at E3.
