Damn right, Nik!

This thing reads like those illustrated "About Me" books you were forced to put together in first grade.

Because people aren't allowed to enjoy things that other people don't enjoy. It's a rule of the internet, apparently.

Now playing

One of my favorite Dreamcast games is also one of the least-remembered: Armada.

The punchline:

She's keeping the hair to be ironic!

I loved ZombiU. So many stupid mistakes, so many zombified survivors.

At least 400,000 people were evacuated as a result of hurricane Sandy.

My favorite moment in the game was in Phendrana, after the boss fight in the image in this article. The boss crumbles, rocks falling to the ground, then a closeup of Samus standing with her back to it... a single pebble flies up and *CLANK* against her helmet, and she turns around looking all annoyed. "WHO THREW

Uhh... actually, Miiverse DOES count, as it includes private message functionality for folks on your friends list. Wii U also has direct video chat functionality for those who want it.

I mean on Wii U. They already released a couple pinball packs onto the 3DS, but the Wii U version was supposed to launch with like, 13 tables, and was supposed to be a system launch title. Then it was pushed to "January 2013," which came and went. So... what the crap, eh?

This. You. How you sound.

.... STILL no Zen Pinball 2 on Wii U? I'm starting to wonder if that's ever actually going to be released.

I dunno, dude. This is the most recent photo of her I could find. I don't see the resemblance.

Hey, glad to see you love RTS games. Unfortunately I never have. Couldn't get into Starcraft, or X-Com, or any other resource management/war game like that. They're just not my cup of tea. So whether or not they work on a touch screen interface means precisely bupkiss to me since I wouldn't play them regardless.

I say the same thing about Cameron Diaz. In the Mask, she was gorgeous. Then her agents told her to lose 40 p0unds and she became the anorexic sunken-cheek stick figure she is today.

Beeeeecause this is a spin-off title of Borderlands that could potentially be a really fun and awesome game if it were released as a download for Xbox Live Arcade/PSN or even on the 3DS/Vita, but instead is gutted by horrible touchscreen controls in order to draw in a piece of the mobile gaming marketplace pie?

Exactly. And as a gamer who has emphatically supported this developer and played the two main Borderlands titles through, it sucks to see what could potentially be a truly fun and entertaining spin-off title get pulled into the vortex of horrendous, broken controls that is mobile gaming.

It doesn't matter whether it's virtual joysticks or "touch/swipe to play" mechanics. A solely touch-based interface does not work as well as physical buttons. Period. End of discussion.
