It's also worth mentioning that Shush! has been doing this for ages, and it so minimalist, that it you don't need an application icon! As soon as you put your phone into silent, a prompt shows up asking you how long you wish it to be silent for (obviously there is also an option to silence it indefinitely).

Every woman in a black and white picture makes me think it's Marie Curie. Even though it's not the only b&w photo I've seen, I think it's the only one that's stuck in my head all these years.

I would love to work for Lifehacker since I have all the skills you'll require (and probably more), the only thing lacking is the fact that I live in Canada and I'm still in university..
