You can do this with Agent. I use Shush! for the my timed phone silence. It's a great app that's been around for ages and the dev is a pretty cool guy.

I'd like to say I use WhatsApp, but even though I have it on my phone I hardly ever use it.

It's also worth mentioning that Shush! has been doing this for ages, and it so minimalist, that it you don't need an application icon! As soon as you put your phone into silent, a prompt shows up asking you how long you wish it to be silent for (obviously there is also an option to silence it indefinitely).
