It's very much the person hosting. I hold no real ill will towards PewDiePie, but I despise his LP videos.
I get what you mean, but COD is the shooter these days. Like it or not, its sales are the sales by which all other games are measured these days. While other games have the same feature, what is easily the biggest franchise on the planet getting the option is kind of big news.
That is absolutely awesome. Now I shall have to live forever with the disappointment I can never make this in-game.
Always. I have two little girls aged 5 and 9. If I didn't have subtitles on, I doubt I'd know what was going on in half my games.
I share in this disappointment. Had Dark Arisen simply come out as DLC, I'd have already bought and played it. As it is though, I can't really justify the purchase of a game I already have just for some DLC.
He may have been known, but he was never more than a B-list character as far as the general public was concerned. Certainly far from the first name listed if you asked a random noncomic fan to list superheroes they've heard of. It wasn't until the movie and RDJ's attachment to the movie that the general public started…
No problem. I just find it funny that they're kind of screwed no matter what they do. They keep on the track they have been, they keep customers like me but lose ones like you. They do what you ask for, they gain ones like you, but then lose ones like me.
Not surprising. In my town, you have show ID to buy spray paint as well.Because stupid people huff it.
Okay, they have. It's called every wrestling game since.
That's funny. If the game ends up playing like the old N64 games, I'd have no choice but to pass on it completely. Never understood why those games got the love they did, the Smackdown series was always the better of the two.
Tomb Raider's sales were fine, it SE's expectations that were off base. TR last I had read had sold just under 4 million copies, more than most games these days. It was Square who for some reason thought this game was going to sell COD numbers.
We'll just have to agree to disagree then. I didn't get the idea he hated Kickstarter coming across from this article at all. Only the people who use it for dumb means, such as this.
I think the indignant tone comes more from the thought process of "Oh, god dammit. Look, this could be a good idea, a great one even, but throwing this up on Kickstarter is just asking for a C&D. Do the people involved here not pay attention to anything else in the industry?"
So, you're okay with off topic posts, as long as they only cover topics you deem acceptable?
Oh, bullshit. You went to a party and people were smoking it?! God, you poor dear. Far be it for you to leave the room or something. Others must always think of you first, right?
Don't stand around people smoking it, then? That's not an option anymore?
It was more of metaphor for how they can smell drunk even hours after their last drink, rather than an attempt at a direct correlation. Pretty sure that was obvious.
