Neither which guarantee it would have been any good. Sam Raimi made the excellent Evil Dead movies, and then went on to make Spider-man 3 for example. Even the best scriptwriters and directors can make horrible missteps.

I doubt I'll ever give a cent to a kickstarter. I've played far too many games where the idea behind it looked good on paper, but the execution was flawed, sometimes horribly so. And even some of my favorite developers have made big missteps (R* for example brought me the GTAs and RDR, but they also brought me State

Here's another vote for Sons of Anarchy. My favorite currently running television show.

Another Wednesday, another night with my gaming group playing Pathfinder. So far, it's been really good.

Nope, can't agree with any of that. I liked DA2, I just didn't think it was as good as Origins. And ME3 goes down as one of my favorite games ever.

Being a big fan of The Sims, I thought The Urbz would have a lot to offer just based on the commercials. I was horribly, horribly wrong. It went from a simulation game to just a virtual popularity contest with terrible mini games and appearances and music from The Black Eyed Peas.

With the near universal love any version of this game seems to get everywhere, I'm kind of interested in seeing "Backhanded Box Quotes" this week. Somebody out there somewhere has to hate this series, right?

I personally hope they find some kind of happy medium between the two. I loved DA:O but the combat was so boring. I personally preferred the combat in DA2. Both games had moments that make me never want to go through them again, such as the whole Circle Tower in Origins.

There has to be a photoshop contest for this. That face is too priceless to pass up.

I get that. But it's not as if this was just another random gender article. It covers a current situation that just happens to deal with gender in gaming. So, Kotaku is only allowed to cover the gender issue once, even if it does crop up again?

Exactly. I'm unsure why people seem to want to argue that it only works one way or the other.

Weird, I haven't read any other articles about this comic and the reaction to it here on Kotaku.

I can't even begin to imagine the type of woman that would respond positively to that. I'm sure they exist somewhere in this world of ours though.

His most recent update on this situation does beg the question: is it just a Steam thing? Can any of the women here on Kotaku confirm or deny that people on Steam tend to treat them nicer?

I don't think either The Oatmeal or FUoS is wrong here. Both kinds of reactions are completely possible, sometimes from the very same people. My fiance has been told how fat or ugly she must be to be a woman playing online, only to have the same exact person send her a message 2 minutes later saying "marry me".

What would such a move mean for the WWE games?

The beginning of chapter 3 in Alice: Madness Returns, pictured here in this video. Between the explosion of colors, the child-like yet creepy music, and the excellent platforming, I was in love.

That's what I'll end up doing then. Thank you for the help.

Damn. I don't know why a second pack would pop up then. I didn't do anything in order to ensure such =/

Does anybody know if we're supposed to be able to get more than one resurgence pack for the ME3 mp? I know there was a whole thing with people glitching to get other packs. But I didn't get a single new race or anything besides upgrades from mine, and the option to get another is there. I just want to make sure I
