Spoilers ahoy!

That's awesome. i love reading about stuff like this.

Then everybody would have thrown a fit claiming its been left off the disc and that it should have been included in the main game. So what is the magic period of time that they can release it without people up in arms over that, or complaining it was too little, too late?

Do you use Chrome? I've been getting that a lot using Chrome, but never when I just use IE.

Too close to release and everybody would have been up in arms that it should have been included in the main game.

Exactly. You can't win with gamers on this.

Like others have said, it's not 100% necessary to go through Asylum first, but Aslyum is damn good game in it's own right, and worth going through to know all the story for AC.

We don't agree on much, but I'm with you on this. Unless I truly detest a game, I never sell mine. I'm far too prone to going through games multiple times. I've gone through RDR like 6 times, usually when I'm in-between new games.

Good for you. I'll happily take an expansion to the story of AC with this.

All my money Rocksteady, all my money.

While I do a little PC gaming, the major reasons I mostly game on consoles are specs and console exclusives.

I'd be happy if they'd just release a console version of Birth By Sleep. I can't stand playing handhelds for more than short bursts of time, and BBS really seemed like something I'd prefer putting a decent amount of time into.

The question is completely irrelevant. Who the fuck cares that I can't buy a different version of a fucking entertainment product, when Comcast is making sure people can't even use the internet properly or BoA is forcing people from their fucking homes you dolt?

No, in many places of the country, there are not. Nor in many places of the country can you even get any sort of broadband internet service without resorting to Comcast. Which they then proceed to throttle, place major bandwith caps on, etc.

The fact that EA somehow beat out Comcast is still a damn shame. There were a few companies I thought should have been on the list that weren't. But as for the ones who did make it, no one even comes close to the altar of evil, made completely of the pelvic bones of customers they've fucked and then laughed at all the

Very little of my gaming time is spent just screwing around. I tend to run through games pretty quickly, and then just move on to my next conquest. Time spent just screwing around is time I could be running through something else.

Whatever you say my man. You go keep screaming at the wall. I'm going to go back over here where the sane people are.

"Most people don't play the type of games I like, therefore I look forward to a time when no one can play games they like." Typical Arch right there. The man truly is an glorified troll.

Why does it matter to you at all?

While COD may have a bit to do with it, I'd place the blame more so on the stupid graphical "arms race" consoles have been going through the last gen or two. Development costs have skyrocketed, and nowadays if your game doesn't move major numbers it can have horrible implications on your studio.
