Bullcrap. Your whole defense falls apart at the fact that people are demanding their charitable donations back. It may not have been what you in particular were trying to do, but it is apparent that that was the motive behind a lot of other people.

I know what it references, I had just never heard of anyone getting banned for it. Don't get me wrong, I agree that according to the TOS, 420 is a bannable offense. I had just never heard of it actually happening.

Everybody is all aboard this whole indoctrination theory, and I can't help but think that the cure is worse than the disease here.

I've looked all through whywasibanned.com's history, and I don't see anybody ever being suspended for a 420 in their name. I get what you are saying, but unless I see some direct proof of this, I'm going to take a guess that 420 isn't on their list of banned terms.

You weren't squeaky clean on this though. If you go to the xbox forums and ask about why you were suspended, I can almost guarantee that you would get the canned "keep it E for everyone" line. I don't personally have a problem with what you had, and I really don't care what anybody posts on their own profile.

How are 420 gamertags more of a real offender than you are? I realize what 420 is supposed to mean, but as far as a gamertag is concerned it's just a number. Your bio, while I personally don't see anything wrong with it, is inherently not "E for everyone".

My mom stopped over today and dropped me off a copy of the book Abe Lincoln : Vampire Hunter. I'll probably give it a read through anyways. But what say you kotakuites? Yay or nay on this book? I'm kind of surprised I hadn't heard anything about this before.
