There were a couple moments like that for me in this episode, I felt the same way. Really well done.

CW oliver queens entire personality and characterization is written the same way batman has been portrayed for the last twenty odd years. A couple weeks ago they even had a psychiatrist remark that he might be as crazy as the criminals he fights.
