Thankfully his actions here are symptomatic of a change I've been noticing, although I don't know if that's everywhere, but I've noticed it in the UK. A few years ago there was a big scandal involving sexist remarks made by Richard Keys and Andy Gray, which brought attention to an alleged 'sexist culture' in media.

I've worked for a few media folks, all of them male; any time they appear on TV, the majority of reactions via social media will be about their physical appearance. I wondered if their female colleagues experienced the same, so I checked their replies, comments and mentions... and regretted it.
