I seriously do NOT believe the 'pulled over for cycling in a skirt' story is true. In fact, I'm pretty confident it's a hoax in a bad attempt at marketing. From the NY Daily News article:

How hard would it have been to add something like "This is a fictitious account inspired by true events" from day one? If something's well-written and realistic/imaginable, wouldn't it have achieved the same level of popularity only without the negative backlash?

In my opinion men don't have to be bad boys, they just have to be men. So no trout pouts or any other similar funny business please, but scowls or smiles are equally good, particularly if they reveal a distinct absence of botox in one's face.

This may be appropriate for the border regions with Germany and Belgium, but I understand trials in other parts of the country showed that drug-related nuisance and crime went up in areas with stricter drug enforcement policies, as opposed to nearby towns without such a strict approach.
