My take: probably because when they happen to use a mobile device it's that they're on the go, or in an potentially exposed place. They don't want to get caught. Maybe eight minutes is the i'm-looking-at-my-phone-but-not-watching-anything threshold, and anything longer than that will look suspicious. Just a theory.

So, now we can conclude people with tablets get going a little longer than others. But not by much. Well, either that or this is a confirmation using a tablet with only one hand truly isn't possible at all times.
