@Firesphere: What do you mean by 'IE doesn't like "this.window =" '? Which version of mootools are you using? And for which version of IE? As far as I know, even the latest mootools 1.3 still supports IE 6, and I've never had a problem loading mootools (core) into IE 6 or later. OK, IE is sometimes picky & buggy, and

@NinjaTaco: No, he's talking about ionization, so no fusion or even fission here (fission is pretty hard to do on a one-proton atom)

Well, if it always goes back to stock then I guess it makes it easier for everybody to return the damn phone and get another one instead. In any case, you've got until Oct. 25th (or Nov. 4th, if you're in CA) to do so.

I really wanted to write something about that batch file copier, but in wake of all the comments in here, I decided to make the effort of avoiding the word "teracopy".

Personally, I'd rather have a ramp built than use an elevator, especially if I have multiple tanks & vehicles.

Looks safe too!

@johnwait: Oh, and by the way, to answer your second question, NASA's page says the planet is tidally locked (much like our moon with Earth), so to see the night you have to cross the terminator, which is the line between the day and night sides (I kid you not, this is how it's called)

@pliSkiNAKE: It doesn't matter much. Per the rendition, its orbit is much smaller (remember, we're looking at the 'g' planet, not the 'f' one), so it might not go as fast as you think. The orbital period (i.e. the time it takes to go round its star) is a function of the star's mass, the planet's mass and the distance

That's my ride.

@zaghy2zy: I'd bet (and I hope) there will be an article on just that soon enough.

Oh, I think I just needed an excuse to fire up that Snow Leopard VM again. Now I have it.

@ron2112: Well, mp3gain *is* an implementation of ReplayGain. But how it will work for you will depends on the modes used.

@johnwait: Thanks for all these answers.

Quick question, for anyone who has the knowledge to answer:

Also (and it's surprising it's not even mentioned in the article), if at one point you found yourself taking a lot of photos, and start playing with them in post-processing, color-calibrate your monitor. Even if you don't have a gamut-enhanced monitor, or do editing on a crappy laptop's LCD, color-calibrating your

@Andinator: In stars. Earth got it's share of it when it was formed, but everytime we release helium it escapes outside of the atmosphere, into space.

@ZOMG! ZOMBIES!: I don't know about Sony's Alpha cameras, but at the time when I shopped for a dSLR (but with a budget higher than yours), I stayed with either Nikon or Canon because my main priority was noise (or rather lack of it). I ended up picking one of Nikon's models, so I would have recommended a Nikon D3000

Look likes the guy did the same thing with it's other apps. A short list from his catalog: "GPS Comprehensive Review", "Philosophy In Depth", "Zodiac Comprehensive Introduction". Probably all of them, I just can't bother to check them all.

@The Lab: Thanks, I thought I was the only one not feeling that sentence.
