A T with a manual, lightweight buckets that you can’t even get in a Cayman GTS, PASM and Sport Chrono but without PCCB is under $115k.

They peaked with the S65, nothing will ever come close.

I’ll be “that guy”.  The Carrera T is only 50 pounds heavier than this, has a little more hp but a bunch more torque, sounds incredible with the sport exhaust, can be had with amazing carbon fiber seats and doesn’t cost much more.   By the way, that nighttime shot with the plane flying overhead is awesome.

Gen X’er here just chiming in that I think avocado toast is the shit.

Very well put.  Like it or not, it’s very much a two party system and we’re even enough that every vote counts.

I’ll never be as cool as an astronaut anyway but this just raised the bar significantly.  Praise from a rock star like Chris Hadfield raises it higher still.

Pete, I’ve had nothing but good experiences with ECS.  I was surprised to hear this but will continue to shop ECS based on my own positive experiences.

This is surprising, I’ve been an ECS customer for several years and have had nothing but great service. The one time out of many orders where I received he wrong part they overnighted the replacement at their cost so I could finish the project.

That said, please vote democrat in the next election.  We need Trump out too much to make a statement with a vote. I’m sure we can all agree on that.

The 340i M Sport allows the M2 to exist.  AMG line cars allow the AMG GT to exist.  I give them a pass.

GM did it for you, it’s called the GTO.

I feel bad for them. It must suck having such a small penis.

Yes, they’re crammed with crossover drivers who got the best possible lease and despite Bluetooth still drive 5 feet behind the car in front of them in the middle lane of the freeway with their phone covering over half of their face. Don’t even mention how bald their tires are 2 1/2 years into that 3 year lease.

NOOOOOO!!!!  I read this every single day, what will I do now?

The typical car with bald tires here in south Florida is a German SUV that’s 2 1/2 years into its 3 year lease.

I totally check the shifter on any nice car.  Nice to see it’s not just me.  Also, my 3 car garage has 9 pedals. I even had a Passat diesel with a manual!

But Paul Newman played Doc Hudson who starred alongside Lightning McQueen.

I think it looks great and the work was done well. I don’t understand why anyone is criticizing him here about doing this much work when mid 60’s Mustangs routinely have more unibody work than this to repair rust.

I have one of each and love the Wrangler, it’s a lot of fun to drive for different reasons.

Doing all the right maintenance from new and keeping it for a long time is the best possible financial solution. Once it’s paid for, the occasional repair bill is usually far less than the sum of new car payments between repair bills, even for an M3.
