I don’t know how young they’re supposed to portray them... but Billy Dee Williams was 43 when he played the role and Donald Glover is currently 33.

That was my thought, too. Billy Dee was 43 when Empire came out, Harrison Ford was 38. Donald Glover is currently 33 and whoever it is they got to play Han is soon to be 27.

Billy Dee Williams turned 43 in 1980 when Empire came out and Harrison Ford was 38. Donald Glover will be 34 next year and Alden Ehrenreich will be 27. Sounds about right! I found an article from last year estimating that the new film would be set about 15 years earlier, but this casting makes it look more like 10.

She was pretty flirty with Captain Cold. I kinda wanted to see them become an item, but dying heroically to save everyone kinda but a dint in that.

Why don’t you come over to my house for a wild night of fu some movies.

Speaking of which, my theory: Barry Allen can get away with an awful lot of shit (being slightly weirdly stalker-y to Flashpoint Iris

We should probably pull all Hulk costumes too. Don’t want children dressing in that skin color either right?

People are horrible. While I don’t find Leslie particularly funny, I have never once thought that “hey, let’s try and ruin her life”. What the fuck is wrong with these people?

Zika is only dangerous if you are actively infected during the right stage of a pregnancy. Once it’s gone, you can safely get pregnant again. Well, as safe as pregnancy ever is, anyway.

The whole timeline stuff isn’t that difficult to handwave away. It’s almost like they’re worried about having the continuity be too strict to where it wouldn’t make sense for so-and-so to be in a place at a given time, when really, I think the why is less important than it actually happening. I mean, get Paul Rudd to

He’s Bi you guys. Bi people exist. He’s Bi. In one timeline he had a long term partnership with a woman, in this one he did so with a man. He’s Bi. We don’t need to bring quantum physics and causality into this. He’s Bi.

I think this is a big part of it, coupled with the “Happily Ever After” idea. If your story has a happy ending, you don’t really want the relationships both platonic and romantic to fizzle or end badly. So it’d be kinda weird to jump forward and just say “Harry stood on the platform next to his second wife, Julia. His

I wouldn’t mind having one.. She’d insult me much less often than my wife. She would probably clean the house about as often as my wife. And she’d never turn me down for sex. So... what’s the downside?
