Labor Day is just the US version of International Worker’s Day. It was put on the 1st weekend in September to separate it from the Haymarket Affair (Which happened on May 4th during a protest for the 8 hour work day.) It was believed putting it on May 1st would help strengthen socialist and anarchist movements and

This is what you get when you build an entire economy around debt spending, parasitic taxation scams, and ‘investment’ pyramids — ie a giant house of cards — one little nudge is all it takes to bring the whole thing crashing down.

Only look! It’s Binary Assumption Guy!

Please, for the love of god, play Astrobot right now. If there is any single game I would have purchased my PSVR for, it is Astrobot. It is an incredible example of how the medium (VR) can elevate a gaming experience we’ve all had (platformers) through clever and novel design considerations. I felt like a kid playing

The fact that her parents and physicians simply allowed her to die when they could have saved her is important

Right because “The family had tried many kinds of psychiatric treatment and Noa Pothoven was repeatedly hospitalised;” - sure sounds like she was just being ignored. Troll.

you know, the cropped presentation of the padres logo is just a little... off.

Certainly is the second-most Teenage Engineering-looking thing I’ve ever seen

This seems more like a performance piece than a product.
