I can see the writer's introducing her into the show as an assassin.  With the whole not showing her face only a smile - I was afraid they were planning on making her Cheshire.

No kidding.  They were the high points of this episode.  I wouldn't mind a couple of episodes around the day in the life of Felicity (like "The Zeppo" episode of Buffy) or what Slade was doing before he met up with Oliver.
