(starts pounding the podium) Bombast alone moves the wheels of history! Have you ever asked yourselves in an hour of meditation, which everyone finds during the day, (starts pumping his fist into the air) how long I have been striving for GREATNESS? (pounds the podium) Not only the YEARS we have been at WAR, the WAR

Mountain West Conference Slankets coming soon

@PurpleTowels: yes, yes, a million times yes. dipped in tostito's queso dip. washed down with a high life. i'm a man of simple taste. delicious, delicious, simple taste

i just interviewed one of today's draft picks and i think i'm drunker than he is right now. that feels wrong. if you got drafted today, how much would you party tonight? rookie minicamp doesn't start til next weekend and you just landed your dream job.

@Summerbabe: planning it around a baseball game makes it tougher. it's either 3 weeks before or 5 weeks before. 5 weeks seems like a strectch, but MLB's Civil Rights game is the 3 weeks date. kind of an awkward night to have a bachelor party. but we might do it then anyway

@Summerbabe: awesome. how many weeks til the wedding? how early is too early to have the bachelor party? mine's in June, but i haven't decided which day yet. i only get one day, not a whole weekend. jealousy.

@MrRedDevil: i usually drop an F3 or F4 around that time

shot in the arm. (Bloodier than blood...)

@JohnnyDakotaStateU: and i did this one last Friday, not tonight after reading all of your comments

@Quake 'n' Shake: and not to justify their behavior, but when your team plays in the national championship game every year you most likely develop a sense of entitlement. that happens at any level of sports. i think their on-field success, rather than their D3 status, has more to do with their shitty attitudes.

@The Mighty Pigs: great campus, great town. plenty of partying, mostly at frat houses or off campus. the one bar in town can't hold everybody.

@Quake 'n' Shake: no, it was a non-conference game. i went to W&L, in Virginia

@Quake 'n' Shake: i played D3 football. our culture was not at all like what you are describing. and we kicked Alfred's ass my senior year, which was fun. when i came to school, far more people cared about lacrosse. by the time i graduated, we had a good football program for the first time in decades and people
