I’ve gotten pretty good at scrambled eggs. I use whole milk (because I never have whipping cream) to scramble, add butter to pan, cook low and slow stirring frequently with spatula. Comes out great. I personally don’t like my scrambled eggs too creamy. The texture grosses me out, so I overcook slightly.
