I think my home gym is pretty bare bones but essential. I have a folding squat rack in the garage (I never fold it in, but could if I have to) which has a pull up bar. I have a dip bar (not essential), Ohio Bar (any will work in a pinch), Bumper Plates to keep noise down, horse stall mats, adjustable bench (for my bro…
I got break through covid and lost my sense of smell temporarily. What’s interesting is it never totally came back. My sense of smell is a little muted, and seems to especially not work with stinky scents. So it’s sort of a win.
Buy used. Honda CBX500, Suzuki SV650, also could look at a Dual Purpose dirtbike streetbike like DR 400 or 650. It depends on what kind of riding you plan on doing. Highway riding / daily commute get a 650. Just hopping around town you could get a way with a smaller engine. A DP bike is fun because you can do some…
I like almost everything listed here. I don’t care for cranberry sauce or giblets in general, but this list is basically all of my Thanksgiving.
Back in the 90s I had big cargo shorts, so my dad would swing by subway and buy a couple of 6 inch subs and two cans of sodas. I’d walk in with bulging pockets, and wait for a loud moment to snap the tab. The crinkle of my sandwich paper always gave my 10 year self major anxiety
You already stated it, but I bought an F150 after riding in the back seat of one. Enough leg room and space for my extremely tall and large in laws. Plus the bed of the truck is perfect for luggage when I pick people up at the airport or take a family trip. Car seats fit with room to spare. The only downside is the…
He’s “high risk” because he has a BMI over 26. BMI is silly because it doesn’t take into account muscle, but I’m sure that’s how he got it.
Her facebook page is getting the royal treatment.
Time for Gizmodo to buy Wes a PS5!
Ha! No Thunderbolt puts a 4 and lighting bolt so you now it’s TB4, a lighting bolt will let you know it’s TB3. It’s their advantage over regular USB-C (without taking PCI express into account).
That’s Thunderbolt’s whole marketing point. TB3 is universal except you don’t know how much power the device can give 15w - 100w.
This is great! I hate that sound.
My friend in college booted up macOS on her netbook. I remember thinking she was a hacker.
Maybe they filed out an arch and run the cable under their desk because they don’t like cables running up to their monitor? But yes, infuriating!
I have two kids that I adore, but when my friends say they don’t plan on having kids, I tell them “Good for you!” I think it’s great to be able to make a decision either way! I feel bad for people that don’t really want kids or are unsure and accidentally have them. Besides less kids means less competition for mine in…
Absolutely. 95% of iPad owners have no clue how to use most of the features, like me! I watch netflix on flights, answer emails and read the news. I should get a portable controller and play games on it at the park instead of taking naps.
FYI if you get the new M1 MacBooks and have an ultrawide you will need to take an extra step to support the panel native resolution on the monitor. Open the resolution tab and select “default for display” then hold down “option” and native resolution should be available in the scaled resolutions menu. Really weird…
Touche, my futon is a couche! I feel so chic!
I believe she meant thicc* but it was reported wrong. Like the sesame street book we are different but the same. Thicc legs, thin legs they all are used to walk and run :)
