Trump insulted Hillary a TON. I don’t recall him ever calling her supporters stupid, etc. Or if he did it certainly wasn’t something that was harped on by anyone (I followed the election pretty closely, and held my nose and voted for Hillary).

I don’t disagree. Trump has a section of supporters that are absolutely hateful and terrible. Say what you want on this website about them. Just don’t engage them in person, walk away. No. My problem is that, when it comes to political discourse, the DNC and their supporters just outright insulted their opponent for the last 8 months and thought that would win them the election.
