Ali. At least in Foreman’s estimation. He remarked that all fighters who rely on natural speed and athletic prowess but are lazy w/ work ethic suffer badly when the natural ability declines. Roy Jones Jr also comes to mind. Never bothered to work on defense and when he slowed down (or went off PED’s) he got clobbered…

I think it speaks volumes due to the class of athletes he played with for that particular sport. Remember he was also a beast in football.

Funny you say that. I just bought some new Nike running gear. I have shit from Nike that’s over 8yrs old and still holding up. I can’t get anything from Under Armour to last more than 2yrs.

This kid is def. not his father. His record was padded and the only way he was getting by was he was fighting at a lot lower weight than his frame was capable of handling. He’s lazy with his training and he’s been exposed.

This is very true. I lost about 80lbs when I was around 30. I looked much older or at least my age. I am around 180 now and I usually am guessed about 10yrs below my age (34). Your face naturally leans as you get older so staying a little over helps a lot.
