Unless you’re drinking Folgers or something that comes in a large metal can, you’re drinking arabica beans. It’s not just Starbucks, arabica’s something like 70% of all coffee.

It’s actually just the specific phrase “12th Man” that’s covered - notably, it doesn’t cover “12th Fan” or the general “12”, which is what they’ve mostly been using lately.
It’s why they’ve generally switched over to calling fans “12s”. It’s not covered by the trademark, apparently.
