aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah!
@FIATS-are-not-garbage: I always like looking at them, they're really neat cars, I'm just scared to... you know, TOUCH one.
Are there answers of the day to the last two QOTDs forthcoming?
Every year at Carlisle I watch the Citroen people try to start their cars from the Saab section. About half of the 6 that showed up last year (on the day I was there, there may have been more) left on trailers or tow trucks. Fair enough though, they're all very, very old.
Awesome, meet awesomer. This guy built a Ferrari racer that a squirrel could drive. If squirrels could drive. Then again, maybe he just hasn't found the right one yet.
It's bad when the warnings and notices are about 3 times longer than the actual instructions.
It's a Carl Hiaasen novel come to life.
I've seen this movie before... When we sold Bam Margera's dad, Phil, an Escalade a few years ago, he traded in the TownCar Limo they had painted on the show- the thing was covered with CKY stickers and various four letter words. It barely drove, and I could feel our property value dropping as it sat on the lot- we…
Mmmmmmmmmmmmm.
@stöke never shifts into reverse without a backup plan: Greatest LIVING songwriter. Wait, what? Holy $#!+, Dylan's still alive? My apologies, good sir.
I'd figure it should be at least a few inches shorter (vertically) without the intercooler intake of the LSA on the current CTS-V; width shouldn't be an issue anyway. Even better, this one leaves a tidy bankroll for the first tuner to squeeze a turbo ot supercharger setup into one :) If Hennessey can make a CTS-V…
@BoxerFanatic: Point was that it would have to be a longer support to get it that far behind the car- to make it strong enough would have been heavier. With the trunk being so short, there's nowhere ON the car to mount it where it's far enough behind the wheels to get the balance they wanted at speed. That's what the…
@BoxerFanatic: The trunk on the coupe is so short, that's the strongest way to get it both up in the clean air and back from the wheels far enough to put the downforce in the right spot. It's actually a pretty neat way of doing it, rather than running a longer, weaker support from underneath- making it strong enough…
@theart: I was just telling a coworker, if you haven't seen the 9-5 sedan in person this looks like it could be small instead of about 2" shorter than a 7-series BMW.
AHA! Apparently the huge wing on my neighbor's Civic is actually an F1 spare tire rack. Now it all makes sense.
It's the David Beckham special!
@Xander Crews - WRX REASCEND: BWAAAAAHAHAHAHAHA!
2010 Saab 9-5 Aero sedan- after leftover rebates, it's under $40k even loaded up.
