@Salmanorguk: I'd imagine they're sticking with the mid-engine design- those are probably something else.

@Dirt Pirate: The Dude abides.
@Salmanorguk: I'm pretty sure that's the windshield wiper arm on the right.
The 4G63 from the Evolution 8/9- infinitely modifiable and still retains daily driver status at 400+ whp levels.
Funny enough, a Torino Cobra is my dream car- and nobody seems to know what it is. Thanks for raising a little awareness ;)
@KTown Hoonboy: The Mythbusters had their way with cable snaps before, showing that even under tremendous strain they generally don't cause a slicing type of injury, much less go through a windshield and then slice. Not saying it's impossible, just improbable.
@Germanautoaddiction: A V10 it ain't- knowing next to nothing about driving a stick at the time, I thought it was normal to shift at 7500 RPMs, so I looked like a moron trying it in a 1st gen Eclipse later.
@Dirt Pirate: That was my first thought too- I hate to bash a fellow Saab guy, but come on- he totally has the McLovin' look.
@Germanautoaddiction: That's what happened with my '87 Maserati 425i BiTurbo- reasonably quick, I can say I owned a Maserati, and a tune up is only HOLY WHAT THE EVER LOVING FUDGE?! Brake pads: $35. Spark plugs: $2 each. These are the two things I replaced immediately, and they seemed too good to be true. Then i…
@PipeSmokingVolvoDriver: the $500 1991 240 wagon I bought my parents to replace their 1988 (which gave up the ghost at 350k miles) has made it through 75k miles and three rear end accidents since I gave it to them 5 years ago (I gotta wonder if those brake lights work...) after driving it for a year myself- they got…
$4k 1994 Firebird Formula LT1 in excellent condition with a good exhaust vs $25k 2010 Camaro V6... one sounds and drives like a muscle car, one doesn't. Gee, which way to go on that one... :)
@paulmer: Nope, had an '88 240 wagon that saw 100 on a regular basis on I-95 between DC and Richmond when I was in High School. 16 years old and indestructible- I'd beat the $#!+ out of my 16 year old self given the opportunity.
@disadvantage: See his theme song for the answer... lol
@paulmer: Nope- I can personally attest that a 240 is both safe and can attain speeds of over 100mph in stock form. He needs a 1968 Saab 95 wagon. Of course, that's my stock answer for everything... (If the Miata guys can do it, I can too!)
@Ash78, now featuring the Tyke Hoon: +1 for a Fifth Element reference.
Poweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee...!
@tonyola: I'm more concerned that they apparently own 'Anal.'
@RacinG73 - getting an early start to the off-season: Navistar is shown as being owned by Ford. Don't see Mahindra, but hey- if one tractor manufacturer (Lambo) can get on the list, why not another? :)
I'd agree with the Syclone- the best sales pitch I've ever heard was regarding a Syclone. "Ma'am, this truck will climb a telephone pole and scatter your groceries across three counties."
