Balls. He's referring to his balls.

Just know that by not getting a degree you’re making it super difficult to get into management. Not that college degrees automatically make you qualified to manage people, but they will put you at the front of the line for opportunities.

Ok, I'll get right on that.

To quote Biden, “People gotta get out and vote, by golly”.

The fucking chief of police didn’t know who was commanding the scene? And none of the other officers pointed out that maybe he should be calling the shots? How do these fuckers even get paid?

At an office I worked in someone stood up during an all hands meeting and asked if people could not take home all of the leftover catered lunch because he liked to stop by the office on the weekends to grab something to eat. Oh the shit that was talked after that...

My musical knowledge would be a fraction of what it is if it weren't for my gay friends in high school.

I’m just happy they used the original instead of kids being introduced to Kate Bush by a lame cover song.

At what point do we start asking the international community for help with our civil rights problems?

I guess we gotta make that a state law then. The current SC seems open to allowing states to bypass federal laws for things like abortion, sonwhy not this?

It's funny to consider a gen z kid being into early 80's music would've been the equivalent of me in the 80's looking to the 1950s as nostalgia.

I sure it was more about the hot potato runaround treatment you get when you try to get a hospital to do anything that isn't routine.

Is not even up for debate about what would’ve been the best option. There is literally one option they are trained for in this situation, which is to run toward the gunfire and engage the shooter to prevent people from being killed. Even if you’re just one cop, this is the protocol, and has been since Columbine. I

And the worst sin is making Abbott look bad.

It still boggles my mind that how much easier the job of being a cop would be if there wasn’t this much firepower available to anyone the age of 18 in Texas. It’s like what they currently do, but without the fear of knowing you’re likely outgunned in many situations.

They’ll increase the Uvalde PD’s funding to 60% of the city’s municipal budget and learn to close off a large enough area so citizens and the press won’t be able to see them doing nothing the next time this happens.

They need to zero out the interest rates. That is what puts people in a lifetime of indentured servitude.

The firefighter equivalent would be claiming you were waiting for the fire to burn itself out before you went in.

Two months ago they were trained on how to handle this exact situation. If they didn’t think they could handle it in real life after that, then they should’ve handed over their badges and guns. Instead they let 21 people die due to their cowardice and negligence.

Loved him as Figgs in Copland.
