It means that it’s rare to find a politician who is willing to risk losing power by sticking their neck out for their constituents. Most will wait until legislature has passed/failed then say they were for/against it the entire time.

You’re assuming most of them won’t lift a finger unless they can take all of the credit, or deny any responsibility, without risking anything. 

Biden is a career politician, so it’s not a surprise that the talks around the issue and makes you decide. Then he either takes all of the credit or pretends he never said anything depending on the outcome.

If you didn’t know it was Will (which was definitely hard at the time) it might take you a little bit to realize who you were watching. Such a departure from his easy going brand, but he was so convincing as a highly intelligent con artist.

I don’t know a ton of scrum masters who aren’t technically savvy. You don’t have to be a developer, engineer, or ops, but you do need to have a really good understanding of what each of those roles does and how they all work together.
