Yep... if Ronald Reagan taught us anything it’s that our generation just has to figure shit out for ourselves. I feel like I’m an introvert now because I had to figure out on my own how to remove toxic people from my life. Irony and sarcasm became my tools.

After I realized how much I was spending on my work cafeteria’s pre-grilled protein, veggies, and grain bar I just made my own. Grilled a ton of hardy vegetables, meat, and a couple types of grains and would take a big tupperware to work with me every day. The trick is to make a few different types of sauces to mix it…
