so cram-and-flush wasn’t how I was supposed to do college?  it mostly worked out for me.  wasn’t pretty, but I made it.

do you think it’s possible that the installers of the yesterday wallpaper that we currently curse also thought it was perfect when they put it up?

Nice. So I’ll enjoy my smoothie and have a cup of tea later. Perfect.

ah!  so you picked up on the sarcasm.  nice.

agree. and I already pay to get all that, through my phone. which connects to the car.

I think the lede has been buried.

I still wholeheartedly recommend getting one but mine was not without pain. Mine was the traditional type (not no-scalpel) and while I didn’t feel the incisions on the scrotum, I definitely felt it when he snipped my vas deferens. I just wish somebody would have told me, I hate that everyone says it’s painless when

I just want to applaud Lifehacker for this series of articles.  Bravo.

@neverspeakawordagain - we’ve come a long way from 1999 and the nicad batteries that were most notorious for that memory effect. today, in 2023, yes, most people charge their phone every night. I did with my galaxy s8, for six years (2017-2023) and only got rid of it because it because a security issue with the lack

I’m just imagining that cop hiding out in the woods, hour after hour, figuring this ain’t gonna work out, and then dude pulls up. How excited was he in that moment? Curious he wasn’t apprehended on the spot tho - I guess ya can’t move very fast in a ghillie suit?

yeah, too bad the price doesn’t reflect that huge quality difference, eh?

My shaving routine I established 2 years ago that has eliminated all razor bumps:

I stopped riding many years ago.  I decided riding a motorcycle at all (i.e. sans the protection a vehicle provides) was too unnerving.  I have more respect for my mortality than to ride on the same road as cars.

this concern x 10 for the back seat alarms. I regularly have unwieldy and heavy loads back there that will surely trip any weight sensor evaluating occupancy. I really hope there’s an override button for the alarm, maybe one that resets with every start of the car. otherwise I’ll be looking up the codes to override

If the alternative route is only 1-2 hours longer, how did they justify building this tunnel?

the hardest part is keeping the ones I put weed killer in separate from the kids’ ones

FWIW, similar to the comment above I gave up on color inkjet over 10 years ago. I went to laser (toner) brother and it’s been a breath of fresh air that I can depend on the printer to print when I sent a job. With the inkjet, the simplest one page print job for the kids homework would be sending me to the store.

I couldn’t agree with you more, but neither do I think this formula is going to change anytime soon. As soon as one actress stands up for herself and refuses to sign a contract that includes film promotion (which only the hollywood elite can get away with, and even then only barely), they’ll just find somebody else

what’s with this preoccupation of making heros undefeatable? same thing with Black Panther - in his vibranium suit he’s indesctructable. this totally removes any sense of risk for the character, and suspense for the audience. DUH - your protagonist must have weaknesses and room for a character arc. and I didn’t even

She once said from the bench, “It has to be made clear that trying to violently overthrow the government, trying to stop the peaceful transition of power and assaulting law enforcement officers in that effort, is going to be met with absolutely certain punishment.”
