every time i see a headline about a cop impersonator, i’m always hoping it’ll be Jeremy! Georgia is just north of his usual stomping grounds in Florida, I was really hoping this was him, hahah

and yet cops are allowed to lie when talking to the public, even (especially) when investigating a crime.
magic eraser works through abrasion (same stuff that fills airplane wings, it’s fascinating). the wd40 with crayons is more of a chemical reaction i’m guessing. just spray and wipe with a cloth. i’ve done it several times (thankfully not in a while, kids are older now, lol) and never damaged the paint.
total magic eraser thing, except you don’t even have to scrub. something in wd40 is a magic bullet in dissolving crayon wax. no harm to the paint whatsoever.
Another WD40 hack for parents to put in their arsenal; it will effortlessly dissolve crayon off of your walls.
I couldn’t agree with you more about the merging - people think they’re being considerate and nice moving over, so it’s hard to pierce their righteousness. I usually take every opportunity to address it in conversation, pointing out that our Illinois tax dollars have been used to create “use all available lanes”…
The Chinese govt can invest in clean transportation AND be spying on us. Two things can be true at the same time. Consider that we just recently learned the true purpose of Pokemon Go (getting people to run around with their phone cameras to build a database of worldwide location photos that beats even google’s).
I remember seeing a thing on london cabbies - they study for YEARS, are required to be able to route everywhere from memory, and scans of their brains show enlargement in the areas of the brain responsible for spatial awareness. Fascinating stuff!
I enjoy the tesla hate around here, maybe more than the average reader (going by the comments) but this one feels like a stretch. I’d love for someone to show me evidence of fair reporting and link me a jolop article highlighting the difference between PDR and panel replacment for a Ford, Honda, literally any other…
Yeah, when I saw “replica firearms” and found the keychains in the picture, it made perfect sense. TSA doing their best to justify their jobs on the reports. I like imagining a world where things are described on an even playing field. In that world, their pat-down would be assault.
I actually would consider getting this for my idiot maga brother-in-law, but I wish it was a 3rd party seller. I will not put more money in elon’s pocket.
i literally always wondered about that, thanks!
Adding lights on your car can be distracting
[Wyoming Highway Patrol] pointed to a statute saying “no person shall drive or move any vehicle … with any lamp or device thereon capable of displaying a red or blue light.
appreciate you replying and boosting engagement, though! that’ll help promote the article, thanks for doing your part.
this piece was long on sarcasm and short on details, but I think I remember that most of vinfast’s sales were them essentially selling to themselves (a subsidiary company)
I’m no expert, but as pictured that seems a far cry from street legal. Just the absence of a bumper alone, right?
If my CRV dies I’ll be tempted to snatch one of these up even though my kids are in college. The guy I work with has four young kids but still suffers from “no way am I driving a minivan”-itis and so bought an Escalade. I didn’t know they required premium gas. Wowzers.
hahaha they said the same thing about the bay bridge in baltimore (the one that’s now in the drink) - “as soon as it’s paid off we’ll remove the tolls!” I’ve got a bridge in Arizona for sale for anyone that believes that...
I need more context with that video - how the the car ahead in the same lane avoid the deer?
