San Antonian here, it is pretty delicious. The cities are 45 minutes away from each other. Hundreds of thousands of dead and wounded tacos line the I-35 between the two Taco War HQs.

The Windjammer has the best salad bar, and Al's down the street has the best fries in town, at least.
