Well, you can’t cite gun control as being effective. The last time Congress tried using much stricter gun control, they found that at best it made no difference at all. It was during that period that school shootings like Columbine happened, which implies it might have even had worse lingering consequences.

Judges and legislators have been targeted before. In fact, they’ve a long history of being targeted. Organized crime really loves going after them.

Well, the First Amendment says you have the freedom to say whatever you want... but doesn’t say you won’t suffer consequences for what you say.
