I should be able to tune that out. There are so many freaking comic book movies that they all like Charlie Brown’s teacher to me. I don’t understand any of them or why I am supposed to care about any of the ridiculous characters, so they don’t register in my brain.  It’s a gift.

Even if he wouldn’t be quite the thing for President, I could see him as a solid VP on the ticket. It would bring in the same kind of fundraising as his senate campaign (and a reminder, coming within a few points of winning as a Democrat against an Republican incumbent is pretty damn good).

I’m a gay man and I agree, he definitely has a goofy/nerdy boy next door aesthetic. I also find him attractive. I don’t care for punk music or skateboarding but I’m sure those were wonderful experiences for him.

He’s pretty close to me in age (5 years older) and has kind of a goofy, nerdy look. So, I find him attractive for that reason. Plus he was in a punk band and skateboarded.

And cloistered orders are even more at risk...they aren’t allowed contact with the outside world (or it’s very limited), and I’ve known of at least one where the sisters weren’t allowed to read news or access the internet. How can they be helped, how can they learn of resources available to them?
