Is C. Montgomery Burns somehow involved in this sun-blocking plot?

How about the shootout near the end of The Crow when Eric storms Top Dollar's gangster board meeting looking for Skank and kills nearly everyone there?

I always thought the Jedi Order we saw in the prequels was supposed to be a bloated, failing, overly self important organization. I have always thought that some of the expanded universe Jedi stories and comics set thousands of years in the past were pretty compelling and showed how awesome the Jedi once were.

For me biggest missed opportunity in all of storytelling was the fact that The Adventures of Brisco County Jr was canceled after a single season.
