In Mississippi there is a case that was in the news last week. A number of years ago a 15 year old was impregnated by a 20 yo. Statutory rape, he does his time then sues for paternal visitation, the kicker is she has to pay him child support while the child is with him, he has never paid her support.

I am not shocked or surprised by this at all. The cruelty was the point. Making rape victims carry their rapist’s child is completely fine for these people. This Rapists Court (credibly accused President, two credibly accused justices.) I blame everyone that didn’t vote and the white women that voted for Trump.

I am always astonished by how poor the fuel economy is on compact SUVs including this one, especially given its small displacement and low power numbers. When I had a Tiguan as a rental car on vacation, I wasn’t even able to break 30 mpg despite driving mostly highway miles.
