Is that slang or a typo? Is ‘rug’ good?

I was just going to say, it’s lost the painterly Vagrant Story-esque style that made it appeal to me in the first place. It’s obviously technically better now, but artistically it’s way more generic.
It might not be, but the conspicuous helmet dent seems to be an explicit reference to it.
Why does he have Boba Fett’s armour in storage? Also, I guess the toilet is leaking, because I can’t think of another reason for a mug to be placed there!
Exactly, the guy is so focused on pursuing meta elements that he consistently compromises the core narrative of every project he works on. Not one single time has this bullshit resulted in a worthwhile pay-off, I don’t know why people expect any better this time around.
That’s a legit choice, I don’t think anyone could field a strong argument against someone choosing Tactics as their favourite.
I’m not going to star because you didn’t say my favourite game, but I am going to reply to say I admire the attempt to end the debate once and for all, it’s very relatable.
I declare this objectively correct
It pains me that the money siphoned off for Spirits Within was originally meant for a PS2 version of IX. Think of the higher resolution backgrounds and cool extra content we’d have today, if only thinks were different. *sigh*
I’ll never understand the love for the gambit system. For me, that attempt to cut down on busywork resulted in exponentially more busywork outside of the battles, and then a horrible feeling of disengagement and lack of control when in them. I think I got as far as Giruvegan before realising the game was actually…
I realise this is likely to result in someone getting angry so I’d like to say ahead of time that I’m engaging with this in good faith and genuinely want to know if there are any other reasons the writer considers him a bastard. I’m not in favour of eugenics to any degree, and I’m fairly certain my personal genes…
Is the article calling Dawkins a bastard in general, or purely on the strength of that quote? I mean I can see why people would flinch at what he said, but he acknowledges eugenics would be monstrous - he just seems to be pointing out that it’s a proven method of making a species more robust. It’s not like he…
It’s amazing how often the Astronomical clock of Prague shows up in these concept art portfolios, it showed up in a gothic city in one of these articles a couple months back too. It’s constantly being transplanted into ruins and haunted towers - it even made its way, fully intact, on to Bloodborne’s Grand Cathedral!
If an Animal Crossing came out that was actually a crazy conspiracy you had to uncover I’d buy that in a second, it sounds rad.
We’re on completely the same page, thanks for the detailed reply!
People’s concerns that Midgar isn’t enough are bizarre to me. Midgar is the only interesting location in what turns out later to be a completely incoherent world. Frankly, Episode 1 is the only one I’m really interested in, because it represents the entirety of content that I personally consider worthwhile in FF7.…
The complete lack of gameplay detail makes me think this is gonna be some facebook-game level trash.
Again, by analogy if someone goes around threatening and harassing people at work, they deserve to get fired.
Doesn’t seem too harsh to me. Taking away toys isn’t a particularly harsh punishment for a misbehaving child, so if an adult is going to actually make threats against people then this is the least I’d expect.
Ha! That’s my local team. Luckily Manchester’s a ten minute train ride away, so hopefully they found something entertaining to do after the inevitable disappointment of Stockport.
