Looks beautiful but the sound is lifeless. Feels more like a shooting gallery than a world.

The new style is awesome. I believe it's art directed by Kevin Dart, who does some really beautiful work. I think he does Steven Universe too.

Wow. That 2012 demo was the one thing that excited me about the new gen. Seeing that they couldn't pull it off is tremendously disappointing.

I feel like this is part of the reason they went under. I think the game was cancelled as a result of the Disney/Marvel purchase, and Disney didn't want THQ competing with their Interactive Studios. It's a shame because Disney have done fuck all worth playing with the license.

Nothing really to say other than that I agree. When shooting is the easiest mechanic to progress through a game, it diminishes the experience. It robs the character interaction of nuance when you're either dealing with friends, targets and background people. I feel like in an open world game the NPCs should be able to…

I actually loved Enter the Matrix, frustrating final levels aside. I feel kind of dumb now finding out everyone hates it. What did everyone think of the hacking mini-game? I thought that at least was really really cool.

That's the thing, it's one thing if he'd just left like Cliffy B, but firing everyone? That seems like a really selfish decision. He could have easily founded a new small studio based on his name alone.

Huh. First thing I noticed was that Sonic has blue arms now. It makes sense, but somehow it looks super weird to me. He's all covered up now but somehow he looks more naked than ever!

I'm conflicted about this game. I would love to play something like FF9 again, and this seems like it might be close to what I want, but I hear the second half is repetitive and lazy, and I don't want to support in-app-purchases.
