I totally agree on this, it's the only game I can remember where I actually delayed starting the game just to soak it in.

It's the animations. Really polished games now take animations from a pool of mini-animations based on the context, but this is very basic. He's constantly clipping his feet through rocks and things. I hope they change that before release.
