Which is a lot different from “you can never leave this place.” Sure, it has rules about who can be a member in good standing, but even the people who couldn’t participate in communion weren’t turned away at the door, or threatened. So... not a cult.

It’s not a cult in that it doesn’t demand you cut off from your family, you can come and go at any time, you can live anywhere you’d like, and you are free to have your own possessions. You may think they have weird beliefs, but that doesn’t make them a cult.

“The Desert Inn... A Christmas place to be!”

“Shumcks see Wayne Newton...”

DJ Khaled is the Quincy Jones of shouting “another one” at the beginning of someone else’s track.

RELEASE THE CHAIR CUT!

Just call it what the locals are going to call it, “the old SUGARS.”

I think more people know that Amazon sells dildos than know a) that Amazon owns Twitch or b) what Twitch is.

“I am in no way surprised that Amazon...doesn’t want the slightly more family friendly version of an Amsterdam “sex window” shop where streamers sit in lingerie offering some form of service for money on its platform drawing negative attention.”

They better spend the last two episodes focused on Siobhan’s band or else that lengthy article about it here would have been for naught.

Big night for people getting hit in the head with trays or tray-like objects!

It’s a brewpub, which is weird because nobody who ever went to the original thought, “You know what? I’d like to eat here!”

Bottle Rocket really hits the skids in the second act. The whole “on the lam” section is so drawn out and boring.

Couldn’t make it to the middle of the article, huh?

He’s really underrated.

If I recall, he recounted the story as if it was kind of a funny anecdote.

I think she just hated herself for being trans before the transition, and has now externalized that hatred.

They’re basically gender reveals for teens.
