Those seem to be pretty arbitrary milestones. 275 HR isn’t a particularly big deal.

I’ll take your word that there are only 5 catchers who have eclipsed those stats, but unfortunately for Posada, one of the other 4 catchers that meet this criteria is also on the ballot, and that catcher was way better than Posada.

That’s a longevity stat, nothing more. It gets easy to make cases for people when you make combined stats like this. Bottom line is the guy was a 5 time all star and had a very short period of being among the best in the game. He’s a great guy, but I don’t think he should be Hall worthy based off of stats.
