I don't even know where to begin linking to as counterpoints to this.

My momma don't like him, and she likes everyone.

He has to have blown through his rookie contract money by now, right?

I don't believe that will apply to him. He will be gainfully unemployed.

All that crap you spew at Samer and you are the reasonable level headed one?

And you get lumped in with the likes of WorstFanInBaseball and IWillNotApologize... Sorry buddy. Have a good night.

That's funny because I didn't post with rage. I like to poke the bear and get it riled up.

As posted elsewhere, I have supported throughout, even in the 100 loss years. I bet the Best Fans in Baseball would decrease attendance in lean years as well. Go on a 30 year playoff free streak and still have 20k attending a game, then get back to me. I hope this is year 1.

I want the 82nd loss.

Royals: founded in 1969. You're up 3-2.

But to answer your question, I have heard beating St. Louis in 85 was a lot of fun.

I was born in 84. I don't remember anything before about 89. I went to at least one game every year since about that time. Our drought was a terrible time, but they were still my team, and made the last few years that much sweeter. My son is 6 and doesn't know the hell I went through.

I think the fact that none of his teammates really stood up for him should help with it... If not, the next player to attack will go Ivan Drago on him.

I’m not saying I bought this... But I'm not saying I didn't buy it either.

Counterpoint: it's funny, and you chose to waste your time.

I thought you said the Cubs would melt down in a few weeks, right when the Cardinals were peaking. Not as confident as you were last week, eh?

As a Royals fan, all I have to do is look at our trophy and the Cards and remember it could be worse, I could be from St. Louis.

Fellow Royals fan. I am in a texting group with 9 other Royals fans who also cannot stand Ventura. Salvy let him get punched, and probably laughed at it later.

100% correct. Salvy let him take a few before stopping it.
